AXA Home Security has taken a major step toward a more sustainable offering by achieving Cradle to Cradle Certified® Bronze (V4.0) for its range of Security Hardware and Door Handles.

The Cradle to Cradle Certified® product standard is an international certification for raw materials and products that can be fully reused in a way that retains their value (recycling) or even increases their value (upcycling). Our products are primarily made of aluminum and steel. We expect these materials to contain an amount of recycled material. However, this cannot be claimed through Chain of Custody or other documentation.

Also, the products are designed to be completely disassembled. After use, the various mono-material streams can be reprocessed through proper channels.
