Money back guarantee

As a manufacturer of high quality hardware, AXA provides top quality products. We stand fully behind our products and trust that our customers are 100% satisfied. This is why we offer the “Not good, money refunded” guarantee on our total range of AXA products in blister packs.

Conditions

The following conditions apply to the “Not good, money refunded” guarantee:

  • Applicable only to AXA Home security products in blister packaging, which can be identified by the letters BL in the article number (see front or back of packaging).
  • The original purchase receipt must be provided.
  • The time period is maximum 14 days from purchase date.
  • The product must be complete (i.e. including any supplied fasteners).
  • The product must not be damaged by:
    • incorrect assembly or improper use
    • incorrect or lack of maintenance
    • use of improper cleaning agents
    • other external factors

Procedure

  • Subject to the above conditions, the retailer shall collect the disputed product including the corresponding (copy) receipt and send it to the supplier/distributor.
  • The supplier/distributor will send the retailer a new, replacement AXA product immediately.
  • Further processing takes place between the supplier/distributor and AXA.
