Money back guarantee<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As a manufacturer of high quality hardware, AXA provides top quality products. We stand fully behind our products and trust that our customers are 100% satisfied. This is why we offer the “Not good, money refunded<\/strong>” guarantee on our total range of AXA products in blister packs.<\/p>\n

Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The following conditions apply to the “Not good, money refunded” guarantee:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Applicable only to AXA Home security products in blister packaging, which can be identified by the letters BL in the article number (see front or back of packaging).<\/li>\n
  • The original purchase receipt must be provided.<\/li>\n
  • The time period is maximum 14 days from purchase date.<\/li>\n
  • The product must be complete (i.e. including any supplied fasteners).<\/li>\n
  • The product must not be damaged by:\n
      \n
    • incorrect assembly or improper use<\/li>\n
    • incorrect or lack of maintenance<\/li>\n
    • use of improper cleaning agents<\/li>\n
    • other external factors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Subject to the above conditions, the retailer shall collect the disputed product including the corresponding (copy) receipt and send it to the supplier\/distributor.<\/li>\n
      • The supplier\/distributor will send the retailer a new, replacement AXA product immediately.<\/li>\n
