If it doesn&#8217;t light up, there is something wrong with the Remote or the remote control.<\/li>\n<li>Remove a battery to reset the Remote and replace it afterwards. When you put the batteries back in the Remote, you can use it again. <em><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: you don&#8217;t have to wait <strong>2 minutes<\/strong> during the battery change, as is described in the manual.<\/em> <em>However, you do need to operate the remote within <strong>20 seconds<\/strong> for it to log on<\/em>. If this doesn&#8217;t work, it could be that the batteries are dead or the window is jammed.<\/li>\n<li>Are the batteries still charged? To check if this is the case, you should replace the batteries. First remove the outer cap, after which you can replace them.
